Anyone used/use these with any luck? I know that’s a broad question given everyone fishes mostly different conditions and such, but I have been wanting to try them and just haven’t pulled the trigger.

Im interested in floating these jerkbaits in clear to “dimly” stained water.

They're one of my favorite jerkbaits. I've had success with the chartreuse pearl, but haven't had the opportunity to brach out.

I've got 12-15 of them, several backups hanging in the garage in case I lose one of my starters. I'm pretty fond of them.

Just outta curiosity NV, what jerkbaits do you already own and use?

I don’t remember the brand, but I ordered a couple from tackle warehouse that had props built on the tail of them. No luck with them.

I previously was a megabass fan.

This year I tried a few provokes and now they are my staple jerkbait.

For about 1/2 the price I have no complaints. They are much more durable than the fragile megabass jerkbaits.

Unlike most other jerkbaits, I use them right out of the box with factory hooks. Megabass jerkbaits were the only other brand that I did not change hooks.

Does the Provoke work? This dinkity dink thinks so. ?

Seriously tho, they're a great bait. I still like the 110 a little better tho, but you definitely can't go wrong with any 6th Sense hard bait IMO.

Here's a few reasons why I like them.

Bluebasser86 I noticed your lures in your pics above seem to have bigger eyes on them than the ones I just picked up on clearance at our local Walmart for $5.00 a piece and got 4 of them and may go back now and get what they had left. My concern is that some of the other reviews I read mentioned that some of the earlier versions of the bait sank tail first and that they had corrected this issue with the newer ones. Can you tell me how old your baits are and just wondering if I have the newer versions or not. From all that I have read though, I am stoked and can't wait to try these on some of our local lake like Watts Bar and Chickamauga... The most exciting post I read was of a guy that went out at 6:30 in the morning and never got a bite with several different types of baits that he was throwing until 10:30 when he tied on his first Provoke 106 and instantly had success. He ended his day at 2:30 in the afternoon after catching 40 bass and all of them on the Provoke and most of them had bit on the pause....!

Can't wait for spring to get here now and give these a try... 😉

Those in the pictures are all older models. If youre buying them in stores right now, they should all be newer models. They’re one of my favorite jerkbaits but they’re just another tool, not the magic bullet.

Agreed totally on the 'Magic Bullet' as I don't think anything ever is. They do look like a very cool way to catch bass though and one I have never tried yet so really looking forward to it for sure! Thank you sir for the input Bluebasser86

Are these floating jerk baits? Or suspending like the vision 110? I’ve been curious if it was possible to find a jerk bait to fish in the first foot or two of the water column.

They have a slow float, and a suspending one.

Have you tried Rapala Originals? Very good for shallow water or keeping it high in the water colum.

Plus since they arent new or trendy (backed behind social media hype) no one uses them anymore.

Dirt cheap too.

There have been some people who had them sink like a rock, and broken off bills. But most of them were older models. Still can happen to recent bought ones since they may be old stock, but if anything happens 6th Sense is usually good at making it right.

The good reviews (which is alot) praise these jerkbaits.

And besides Megabass 110's get far more bad reviews, and come out of the box needing work much more. Guys still pay $20 for them. So for the $5 you paid you got them for a steal! I checked my Walmart last night but they were $12.50😌

I use the original Rapala lures a lot.  You can work them on the surface, crank them in like a crankbait, or add a bit of weight (suspend dots, lead wire on the hooks, or a split shot on the line) and use them as a jerkbait.  But, a Rapala Husky Jerk works better for any underwater use.

I actually do have some of the floating rapalas. I completely forgot about them. Haven’t fished them in years. I’ll have to tie one on next time I’m out. Thanks for reminding me!
