My area in the past week has been rain every day and low 50s. All water is now chocolate milk and most likely will be for the next couple weeks.

I was afraid of getting checked by the dnr for a license. I dont think its very responsible to be in any public place when you have covid.

You could simply warn them if approached. But yeah, our weather sucks right now as well.

Following the rules and staying home is the best thing to do.

Please tell me we don't care more about fishing licenses laws than pandemic quarantine rules around here.

How can a person who's alone transmit COVID? That's like throwing one fish in a pond and expecting it to populate it. On the bright side, our weather has improved dramatically and I'm going early tomorrow.

I'm right there with you.  Only it's been wind for me.  Sunday is supposed to be 17mph with gusts up to 22mph.  That's the calmest it's been since April 18th.  March 28th was the only other calm day this spring.

This Sunday, the chance of rain is 75%, and there's a good chance of heavy thunderstorms as well.  But I'm thinking I might go fishing anyway because the weekend after this one looks pretty bad again.

Hey, things got much better here, it warmed up and stayed steady, the fish started getting on beds, I was catching plenty and having a great time...and then temps plummeted, we had several days of cold rain out of the north, and three nights with frost warnings.  Guess what happened to the fish?  Seriously, tell me.  I wouldn't know because I've only found one since.
