 Heading to Bull Shoals next week . I'm a dirty water angler . My spinning equipment is set . I'm trying to make a decision on what to spool my baitcasters with . Any of you Ozark anglers care to clue me in ?

I am going there the first week of June.  I'm rigging #6 Tatsu on two spinning rigs:

Gitzit (baby diaper yellow) and BPS Tender Tube #71.

Baitcasting:  #11 Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo (jerkbait rod, topwater and lipless);

#12 Tatsu (Rage Tail Swimmer)

They've had a lot of rain, you might not need that spinning gear. Probably going to be a lot of bushes in the water and wouldn't be surprised if there's a good flipping, spinnerbait, and buzzbait bite.

You might want to have a look at the Ozark Anglers fishing forum site.  There are some Bull Shoals guys on it.  What part of the lake will you be fishing?

A guy who calls himself fish24/7 evidently lives on or near the lake.

Bull Shoals is high as usual and will probably be that way depending on how much they dump Table Rock and of course the spring rains.

I would use 12lb. flouro in the brand of your choosing for the bottom deal.
