Other than as a trailer, how do you pros use it - do you drag it across the bottom or swim it? I'm not sure if ML power spinning rod would be sufficient if I'm going to rig it Texas style using a 1/4 bullet wt. Anyone tried it - and had success - with a weighted hook?

T rig or lightweight shakey head. I like 1/8 oz. Slowly hop it along the bottom.

I use a ML power spinning rod for light t-rigs. Just make sure you are using a light wire hook and penetrating past the barb on the hookset won’t be an issue. Braid will help this too.

Baby Menace as a finesse swim jig trailer ... Order the finesse swim jig in a shad color along with the Baby Menace from site sponsor Siebert Outdoors - then load the boat with bass !

I have 30 packs of Menace in my bag but mostly regular size. Amazing baits but durability is a concern.

I use them on Chatterbaits and jigs constantly.

I fish baby menace on a 3/16 or 1/4 ounce pro slider head and use it on lakes and rivers. Really shines around vertical cover letting it drop and working along the bottom on rivers. I probably average over 10 fish a bait and it seems to get bit better as it is seasoned. I also may fish baits longer than others though. If the nose rips I generally flip the bait 180 and rig out the other side getting a few more fish. I quit using moon juice because it didn’t catch fish rigged upside down lol.
