For chatters, I use a GYBC Zako as a trailer, sometimes I'll use a paddletail.  Best swimbait would probably be your Keitechs, but I have liked the RI Skinny Dipper.  For swim jigs, I don't really use paddles unless I really want to slow down, I'll use a menace Grub or Z craw jr most often, Skinny Dipper has produced also.

As far as price, those all fall in the $5-$6 range, but they last long.

In short, my favorite soft swimbait is a Reaction Innovations Skinny Dipper.

For a chatterbait style jig, you would be surprised how well a Netbait Paca Craw will work.  As for swim jigs, I've always had the best luck with a Keitech Fat Impact or Rage Swimmer type.

Keiteck is my first choice, Lunker City being next.

I've been satisfied enough with the 4" Swimmin' Ribster for several years that I've not looked further... 4.49/9 pack.
