So I've never been a cheap beer guy...well not super cheap anyhow. So recently I decided to give it a shot...I tried PBR  and Hamms. It may not be very hipster of me but I found PBR to be disappointing to say the least and actually thought Hamms was much better then anticipated. What say you?

Yikes that’s not good. I don’t remember Pabst tasting tinny , but it’s been awhile.

Have you tried Milwaukee’s beast yet ?

I’m having some Miller high life this evening. It’s supposed to be the champagne of beers but I have my doubts

I used to drink a lot of it, but I can’t remember if it was because it was good or just cheap.

I get PBR Tallboys once in a while, but I prefer Natty Boh at the ballpark. Never had a Hamm's, I will have to look for it.

First beer that pops in my head when i think cheap is Natty Light.  That was our go-to in college and it will always hold a place near and dear to my heart.  I honestly prefer a Natty Light over most other beers. If i'm lucky enough to find a bar that serves bottles of Natty Light, you can bet a lot of money thats what i'll be drinking all night.

Hamms’s and Pabst? I thought the only thing those cans were good for was making crochet bucket hats back in the 70’s ?.

* and of coarse Budweiser, Coors, and Oly (Olympia) were used...

Kinda figured you'd chime in touting Nasty lights finer points!

Agree ?...maybe a Miller High Life, but that's as far down the chain I go.

I agree that high life aint bad. I actually had a couple Hamms last night and it wasn't as bad as I remembered. Best thing is a 6er of silos at the gas station 4 blocks from my house is $4.50

Natty in bottles?  I had no idea.

They sell it in little short stubby bottles like coors original in gas stations

I'm a Busch Latte guy.   I'd take a Natty over Budlight any day of the week.

Smart man!
