Chatterbait. Can't see a need for it. If water is clear, as normal here, I use a swimbait. If choppy or stained I go spinnerbait.

You're missing out. Big time.

I never, ever use a C-rig. If you see me doing it, call 9-1-1, someone has a gun pointed at me somewhere.

Pretty rare I fish a swim jig, just not often I run into a situation where I feel like they're better suited for it than my bladed jigs.

Toads, if it's clear enough to fish a buzzbait, I use those, if not then I'm fishing a hollow body frog.

Never fished a stickbait.

The amount of anti-dropshot people is startling. It's one of my favorite ways to fish.

Ned, Nekos, and (N)dropshots. I know that’s three but they’re the same to me...not usable.

 Carolina rig

Ha, almost as boring as a drop shot.  If I wanted to be a walleye fisherman I would fish for walleye.

Part of the reason I dislike it so much is that the weighted portion below the plastic always gets tangled up when I'm not using it.  I got so sick of untangling it fwhile it was on the deck I simply decided to untie it lol

Put a hair band on the rod butt, and loop the weight in it for storing.  But I get it, drop shot is boring and often isn't even the right rig for most places and situations.  When it is right, it is really right.  I love days catching 50+ of these things:

These work great to hold your leader.

I like the design of these.  You can thread a hook or a drop sinker in it easily.  Still not as economical as the hair band I stole off the bathroom doorknob ?

First , I dont carry the right gear to cast one of those contraptions and secondly I would get to to close to snags and lose it .

Three knots everytime I break off & I break off way too much.

Everyone tells me to peg my weights because the separation between the two will cause you hangups.

Now they're telling me put 3' between the two...right!

None that I know of but the Alabama rig comes close.

I don't use it as it wears me out and so far only a few guys I know have used it without any great success in Virginia waters.

I'm gonna add to my original list and say: subsurface treble hook lures.  Any lure that I've caught fish on trebles has not survived to today, the rest in the box are untouched.

I hope I don't get banned from this forum, or have the bass police kick in my door, but the truth is, I don't use plastic worms.  I have used them, but prefer other baits.
