Lews speed spool drag and reel issues

I have a lews speed spool and the drag wont go all the way tight, it will tighten a little bit but not all the way. The reel will only turn with hard force when the drag is tightened. When the drag is low the reel turns fine. This all started when i repaired the line guide. Can anyone help me?

Something is not installed right. Send it to Delaware Valley tackle or Lews service.

Why was the line guide replaced?  And what did you do to replace it?

Can you turn the worm gear by hand when the drag is super loose?

Thank you, i took another look at the reel and had a few pieces misplaced
