Dumb question. How would you describe this style of jig and what trailer (if any) would you fish it with?  The weight(?) on the shank of the hook doesn't look to be a bait keeper, though I suppose I could thread it into a creature trailer.

Description, I have no idea.  For a trailer, I'd recommend a chunk style, or really any soft plastic with a lot of bulk in the nose section and nose hook it rather than thread it on.
