I purchased a Curado DC reel and a Curado K reel today. Both are great. The ancient Romans reckoned time from the founding of their city: 753 BC.  Christians and the West in general reckon time since the birth of Christ.  My calendar just changed. There’s before DC and K, then after. Things are different now.

ok

Pardon the hyperbole. The K was easy to flip with. The DC went into the neighbor’s yard with just a flick. I’ll try a comparable Daiwa sometime. I don’t spend too much on reels. But I see the advantage from what I had been using.

I'm way to stupid to understand any of what you said.

I have both and there are just two different tools.  The DC I use for unique situations and the K for just everyday fishing.   I plan on using them to catch enough fish to feed a small army.

Exaggerated fishing stories are just hyperboles told in measurements.

I own the DC & 200 K. You lost me at the ancient mumbo jumbo.?

The K is a solid reel but I don't think it will ever reach the legend status of the E series.

Go on... what is this legend you speak of?

I’ve never had a K but I have several Es and a couple of DCs.  I tried cranking a Rock Krawler with the DCs.  It was great.  I may have to get more of them.
