Interesting. I'd bet I have about 4 or 5 years on you.  I could have easily listed anything from Seconds Out or All the World's a Stage.

Those are also two of my favorites.  In many ways, I like Seconds Out better than Three Sides overall, but this was a thread about specific songs.  I can't say the same for ATWAS, but I think that's an age thing.  I'm more into their middle "epics" phase.

I do know Within Temptation.  The other stuff you mentioned was right up my dad's alley.  He liked a lot of what I guess I'd call 'progressive' type of rock from the 60's and early 70's. I dig it too, and definitely enjoy bands who now take some of that influence and incorporate it into their stuff.

Another one I don't get tired of - Say Hello to Heaven - Temple of the Dog... everyone should like this one, what an epic and classic tune.

Unusual to have someone here know them considering their home and music style. Good on you!

Hey Jude, Hold on I'm Coming, LSU pregame in Tiger Stadium before football games, Taxi and the Sequel, songs from Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables and Nobody Does It Better (James Bond song).

In fact, Amazing Grace in Cajun French is always beautiful and can calm your nerves.

Too many songs to list. Here is the Cajun French version of Amazing Grace. Lay back and enjoy.

What a good group of guys, some local to me.  I've jammed with Bill a couple times, before the Lunch Lady days, and Brann and I actually auditioned for the same band back in the 90s, lol.  It's not 100% my cup of tea, but I really like their down to earth approach to metal.

That's really cool.  They went through quite the grind before they became well known.  I love their first 3 albums.  After that, eh, not so much.
