As the title says.  I’m will have access to a place on Long Lake this year.  Buddy doesn’t fish at all so I’m trying to gather some intel.

Which lake would you recommend for landlocked salmon in terms of:

1) Action/bite/quantity of fish

2) I’ve read that salmon in Long lake are small. Are they really that much bigger in Sebago. If so, how much we talking?  Double?

3) I’ve also read Sebago is a zoo in the summer. Would Long Lake be better in the summer for water skiing and canoeing.

4) Also, for winters, which would be the best lake for ice fishing?  I’m assuming Long because it’s more likely to freeze, but I don’t know how the fishing compares to Sebago.  Thanks!
