This dish is not normally made on a flat top, but on what I would call a cowboy wok. Bacon, kielbasa, pork loin, beef, chorizo, serrano and jalapeño peppers, green and white onions, Roma tomatoes, and fresh garlic. some spices and chihuahua cheese Has to be cooked in a certain order and then mixed together at the end. I did roughly 1lb each Bacon, kielbasa, pork tenderloin, beef(bought a package of what is called taco meat), and chorizo. 3 Roma tomatoes, 1 jalapeño pepper, 6 Serrano peppers, 4 green onions, 1 small white onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, cilantro, cheese, and some Mexican meat seasoning. Cook in this order. Bacon, kielbasa, pork(add seasoning), beef(add seasoning), chorizo, peppers and tomatoes, onions and cilantro, and lastly some chihuahua cheese. 1 Quote
