I know I do, but it was 29 this morning at 7 and there was a heavy frost on everything. It was pretty though but didn't stop the dog from chasing the deer and turkey out of the yard before he settled down to eat breakfast.

I was thinking that while most of us only lost an hour last weekend, Tom seems to have lost an entire year. ;)

Was looking forward to today all week, finally got the boat out.  45 degrees with 30 mph winds made it tough to do anything, but it felt good to get out there.  45 degree water temp... soon

I took a hike with my wife today to check out my fishing spots.

It was 54 degrees yesterday for a high. The river was mostly open water with clear thin ice stretching out about 12 feet from the bank.

We have a bunch of days with  the air temps above freezing at night coming up. Won’t be long now.

My guides were icing up while I was fishing Saturday morning. It didn't feel like the day before spring ?

It was 62 with a warm south wind here today...and I caught my first nice bass of the year. Spring has arrived.
