Quabbin Reservoir Fishing Guide

I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who professionally guides on Quabbin Reservoir?  I've never fished it before and want to knock it off of my bucket list in 2021... 

 

There is certainly a lot of good information on this site but I'd still learn more in one day with a pro than I would if I read every post on this web site three times and spun my wheels by doing the rental thing 10X.

Welcome to the forum.  I don’t know of any professional guides, but you might talk to folks at local bait shops you might have out there.

I rent one of their boats a couple times a year from fishing area #3 (https://www.mass.gov/doc/quabbin-reservoir-boat-and-shore-fishing-access/download) and do pretty well at the launch area itself. @Fishing Rhino always does very well there too.

 

Best of luck out there.  Pack a lunch and plenty of water.  It’s always a full day out there.
