I picked up a fire craw Jackhammer on my latest TW order-even had the orange Zako in stock... they don't stand a chance, it almost feels like cheating.

I didn't even want it- but I think about it every time I place an order because of all the hoopla and figured I had to give it a shot eventually...

It's been a fairly quiet winter... much more unloading going on than reloading.. I deserved this!

Guilty feeling can be detrimental to your health. It might be best to just send that stuff to me.

I’m not real familiar with that bait but when you feel that good you have to go with your gut. As long as buying it has not starved someone in the family or has the bank or landlord ready to give you the boot go with it. Might be the bait of the year for you. I hope it is.

Not a jackhammer, or a Zako, but yeah they work.

There is always that one person they don't work for (which is usually me). Maybe your bass fell on their heads too many times as a fry or something ?

Because there's a sucker born every second!

Someone once asked Tom Mann why he made so many lures in so many colors. His answer, to catch the fisherman, a bass has never put a penny in my pocket.

Fully agree- I could catch as many Bass as I do now, maybe even more, throwing a black and blue jig all day every day.

I find that bass are often focused on either slow, bottom baits or moving baits. Jigs

are a favorite for me, but not always the best choice. Right now "action" dominates.

My recommendations are Red Eye Shad, Bandit 200, Rage Menace, Norman Fat Boy

and Sworming Hornet/ LFT Live Magic Shad.

Jigs are my favorite bait to fish... even on days when the Bass want something else, I enjoy the challenge of trying to pull one with a jig more than trying to figure out what they want ?‍♂️

Whoa, I see what I started here. Although my comment about how some bass just won't eat a lure and color that works for other is true, I was really just trying to be funny more than anything.

All good- this is a thread built for sarcasm and tongue in cheek humor...
