Well getting some fresh line spooled up, and leaders tied and reels oiled and cleaned when a buddy came over. He was looking at my 2020 line up and had a slight difference in opinion on what to use some of the rods for, so I’m curious what you would use each of these rods for and what might you add?

 

spinning;

- 7’ light plus expride stradic fk

- nrx 852s stradic ci4+

- glx 822s dsr stradic ci4

 

casting 

- glx 852c met mgl

- nrx 853c 2020 met 

- expride 7’2” mh m/f chronarch mgl

- imx pro 845c cbr chronarch mgl 

-imx pro 884 twfr bantam mgl

- glx 894c chronarch mgl 

- 13 fishing envy black 7’6” heavy extra fast curado I

- megabass orocchi xx launcher bantam mgl

It would help to know which reels you are planning on using.   

 

I would add the 803s NRX, 844C GLX and the 783c GLX from Loomis and the 6'8'' Med Fast Legend Elite from St. Croix.

been updated with reels sorry. The spinning reels will be getting a refresh this season.
