I believe it was Sportsman Warehouse, but I think you had to email them or something to get a code for it. I think it was MN Fisher who posted about it.

If you go to the Dobyn's direct website sometimes they have deals on certain rods but you gotta search through each model to find them. Also, if you are military, they offer 30% discount after you've provided proof, but you've got to call them to order and get the discount. The savings is well worth the effort.
