Don't know this Coonass to well ?

One of my techs is a transplant from Mississippi and lived in Louisiana who’s fluent in Spanish and French, I had to ask him what a coonass was. He laughed, and responded.

BTW he hates our winters and is the first to volunteer for a layoff once the snow flies! ?

Roadwarrior, we have 4 inches of snow being covered with ice this Saturday morning.

State asks people not to drive and we have already had a blip in our power.

Expecting to lose electricity sometime today.

I must admit that the snow is beautiful but as we all know, it is deadly.

Wow for the Memphis area! I was going to say I had no idea it gets that cold or snowy there, but after doing a little research it looks like it's not supposed to. Crazy you may get 300%+ of your annual snowfall over the course of the next couple days. Hotmessville right around the corner...

I moved here in 1996, nearly 25 years ago. I don't recall ever having single digits.

Now we face heavy snow (for us) and brutal temperatures. I just came home from

a week of fishing in Florida...I think it's time to go back!

You all can keep the snow and freezing temperatures. It might be pretty for some but I much rather fish in a warm weather paradise that South Florida is.

If this weather keeps up Mexico is going to build a wall to keep you southern boys from running from a little snow.

Us norfers will have everything all to ourselves. ?

To quote Bing Crosby

”Let it snow, let’s it snow, let it snow”

I saw at least 5 different out of state license plates when I went fishing this weekend. I do not blame them since cold weather and snow is miserable weather. I rather deal with the occasional hurricane that leaves quickly compared to months of cold weather.
