Anbelizac Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 I fish Allatoona Lake, and I'd like to know if it's a pressured lake or not? If it is, does anyone know how to fish pressured bass? Quote
Super User WRB Posted February 3, 2021 Super User Posted February 3, 2021 Your lake is a large reservoir in Georgia with bass and stripers. Too big to be over pressured by anglers. Do you fish from a boat or shore? Tom Quote

Tom Boat, I normally troll for stripers, but I find it a little boring, I want to find a place to fish for largemouth with artificial baits. And to add to that, I launch from Wilderness Camp Marina Quote
Primey Posted February 7, 2021 Posted February 7, 2021 I fish Carters lake a lot right up the road from there and its loaded with trophy spots and striper bass Do you guys have a lot of spots in Allatoona? I think our club has a tourney there this year coming up. ? Quote

My entire problem is not finding largemouth, but when I do find largemouth, they are nice sized. 2 Quote
bigbassin' Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 Fished it a couple of times, all I ever got were spots. I would consider the lake to be pressured. The folks that seemed to do well pretty much just threw shakey heads and tubes. Quote
