Froggin Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 My father just bought an older procraft and we are looking to upgrade the electronics. The front of the boat has an x25B and the console has an x75. We were looking to see if anything that lowrance makes will be compatable so we don't have to change any wires. Emailed them and have not heard anything back. Just wondering if any of you guys know. Thanks Quote
Super User flechero Posted July 18, 2009 Super User Posted July 18, 2009 Not sure if any units are still compatible... but pulling wires and changing a transducer just isn't that tough. It's worth your time and effort to get the unit(s) you want. Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted July 18, 2009 Super User Posted July 18, 2009 Go to lowrance.com and check the assessory list from L.E.I. They list alll the applications of what will fit what. Easy to see. Quote
Super User Jig Man Posted July 18, 2009 Super User Posted July 18, 2009 All the new stuff has screw in blue connectors. You'll have to change out the wiring and the xducers. Quote
Super User Wayne P. Posted July 18, 2009 Super User Posted July 18, 2009 Not only will any newer units use the older cables, none of the newer units use the 192 khz frequency of the X25 and X75 so there are no adaptors to utilize the older transducers. Quote
Froggin Posted July 19, 2009 Author Posted July 19, 2009 Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.. Quote
