We just love how the clear lids on these Plano Edge boxes makes it so easy to see what you have at a glance. Here's a look at our tube bait box.

I'm loving the 3700 Edge thins.  It's forcing me to bring less tackle in my kayak...

But I have four of them, one terminal, and two of the regulars.......so not so limited......lol

Any idea how durable the surface is?  How long before scuffs & scratches make it not so clear?

I actually jumped on one of them to see if I could crack or break them.  I about broke my back falling down! LOL!  But the boxes held up without a crack or scratch.

Does that mean they'll look like new indefinitely?  I doubt it. But these are very well made and very strong.  I expect these will last a few decades of normal use.

I can’t quite make out the color selection of your tubes Glenn.  Maybe a photo of how the lid looks when it’s open to feature the bullet proof hinge design?  Yea, that’s it..show the hinges.????

I've used mine for a good while now and mine rattle together in my storage locker and are still real clear. They're tough too. I've dropped mine hard several times, even my terminal box, which I about had a heart attack when it happen, but it was unscathed.

I can second this- mine get beat up pretty bad and still look good. Usually it’s hard to justify something that’s a much higher price than what’s been working fine but these boxes are a pretty good investment in my

opinion, so far.

The only issue I had with the Edge boxes at first was there were times I didn't completely close the latch.....one side would miss the lock.  User error for sure......now that I'm aware of it I don't have the issue.

I broke the latch on the first one I had but I gave them a second chance and so far so good.  I am pretty much all Edge boxes now except for swimbaits and soft plastic.  I think the deep box may be a good option for swimbaits in the future.  We'll see....

Also, I thought about putting soft plastic in them but after I had a jig trailer melt inside one, I changed my mind.  It was a mess. Granted, I left the box out on the deck on a 90+ degree day and I could have put it away.  I'd rather keep them in their original bags and the boxes in good condition, just a personal preference.

A great value for tackle that lasts!
