Looks like your in 6th overall Willie. You have a legit chance to win a big prize at the end if you can keep that pace up.

Man, I was was really hoping Mosley would pull it out yesterday because I had him, but Bill Lowen deserves a win more than anyone. I'm glad he finally did it. That hog he caught yesterday sealed the deal for him.

Big shout out to sschrad for having 1201 points from this event. I'd really like to know who you had on your roster. I think the water conditions made a lot of guys struggle this event.

Our current top 5 guys are:

WillieP

Dirtclod

sschrad

virginiabass

PbrBullrider

Expect huge weights, the winner will probably be over 30 lbs per day.

Some guys expected to do well are Rick Clunn, Brett Preuett and Rick Morris.

Rumor is they will let some of the anglers who defected over to MLF fish this tourney because it will be so good, so KVD, Wheeler & Jordan Lee would also be good picks.

Are you trying to sabotage my fantasy team? ?

Yes. A 1.5 lb bass is extremely crucial. The weights will be low, it’s tough. Some folks make a massive long run all the way to Houston or something?? Mostly shallow grass fishing with stumps and logs

Yea, I figured that out after looking at the stuff online about the 2018 elite tournament there. Looks like an underwhelming place fishing wise but they got huge crowds.

Ironically, lake fork is on the Sabine River

Hey fishballer!

 Palaniuk

Hartman

Lowen

Mullins

Zaldain

Solid picks. Great job! Now keep it up.

Yeah, Hartman had a really tough first day. He's usually good for  a top 50 most of the time. I'm partial to him because he is originally from about 5 miles from my house. He is a GOOD fisherman. He won everything around here.  I think that the Sabine will be a "low" weight, maybe 50 or 51 lbs. We will see. Good luck to everybody.

Congrats to our top five. I have been having a rough go of it but still having fun checking the updates throughout the tourney days. Now on to some research on the next one!  Good luck.

Looking forward to the next one! I have to redeem myself from last weeks debacle. LOL!

Mine are in, but I still have a few days to digest them. Last time I changed out 1 that made the top ten.

I was going to post an April Fools roster for the Sabine...

But then I thought, "Is there any difference?"....and decided the answer is "No".

Speaking of April Fool’s jokes, yup, I legitimately took Chris Groh.

55lbs 11oz

I picked Groh once on a hunch and I remember he at least made the weekend cut (2019 St. Lawrence, maybe?)...which I figured could have gone at a lot worse for bucket E.
