4 in the top 32, and then a big 75th to round it out.

My guy from group 5 is sitting top ten, and my group 2 guy is in 75th...

I know - it's like "Wait...What? Clunn skunked? Who'd have thunk it"

Only two of mine even made top 50 today...come on guys, work harder.

I was thinking it was me down there fishing instead of Clunn!??

FYI - your estimated weight ... only used as a tiebreaker...

That changed last year.  In addition to being a tiebreaker, if you do guess the weight exactly, it is worth 40 points for that tournament.  Really tough to do, but it could pay off handsomely if you do it during a tournament that you picked the right guys as well.

Clunn zero'd again today, which means 40% of the field got zero points for 1 angler (as opposed to 100 or so points for just finishing in last).  I don't recall an angler with that high of a percentage ever zeroing before for both days.  Ike had a tournament where he was near that percentage & zero'd the 1st day, but came back and caught some fish the 2nd day to get at least a hundred odd points.

The way it works out, just by not choosing Clunn, you pretty much are in the upper 50% of the field to start the year...

I only had two make the cut to fish Saturday, but they are both in the top 5...

Ya, two of mine made the cut as well - lower down, but G-Man and Seth pulled up from well behind the pack.

I'm still wondering what the heck happened to Mr. Clunn...bad time in FL for him this weekend.

Clunn elected to not weigh in his measly catch  . My first year  playing he did that twice when I selected him . I'll never pick him again .

Yup, Clunn did that to me too a couple years ago. Never again.

Meanwhile, Hackney roars into 3rd, giving me 3 in the top 10 and 4 over the cut.

I read Fritts didnt  participate because he had covid . He said he was in the hospital and his heart rate was 180 bpm for four days . I cant imagine that .

Back in 2018 at the BassFest tournament on Lake Travis, I was one of the in-boat officials who weighed the fish & my first day draw was David Fritts.  Nice guy, a little odd, but definitely on the lower end for heart rate.  No way his bpm ever went over 85 that entire day :) .

Ironically, the next day I drew Gerald Swindle.  Talk about a complete 180...

I saw that, great picks.  For the A bucket, I also chose an Elite returnee (Christie), but he apparently spent most of yesterday doing something other than fishing... :)

My lineup glitched or something - Somehow missing my bucket C angler (Benton) :(.

That plus Clunn, well it there goes the season.... Oh well, can always get lucky in a single event.

As far as I know, you have to wait until this tourney is over - but you can join after it to get into the rest of them. Give it a try on Monday after the final round of this one is over tomorrow.

What strategy - I just picked a local guy who's won before, then some well known names...that was my 'strategy'.

Whatever strategy you thought you were using when you made your picks, it seems to have worked!

At the moment you're the top scorer in our group by almost 150 points, and sitting at the rank of 10th overall.  Things will change tomorrow of course, but looks like you have a good shot at winning a prize package, which are given for the top 20 in each event...

First prize = top score

Second Prize = 2nd-5th place

Third Prize = 6th=10th place

Fourth Prize = 11th-20th place

Well, I moved up a couple spots in the BR group - but I'm still WAY behind. I need Seth to win it tomorrow...

Then change my line-up.
