pauldconyers Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 If you are looking to fish a wacky worm which worm is your go to? Typically 5 inch or something different? Quote
Dens228 Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 I use 5 inch Senko's. I've tried others but always end up back with Senko. 1 Quote
Super User Fishes in trees Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 If I'm going to throw a wacky rig, I'm going to throw 5" senko. Most of the time that senko will be the green pumpkin with black & purple flakes. 1 Quote

Super User FryDog62 Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 Maxscent General or Kalin’s WAC-O-Worm. Catch as many as with Yamasenkos but lasts 3 times longer... 1 Quote
swhit140 Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 I've been using Bass Pro Stik-O for the past couple seasons. They have 5-3/8 in some certain colors you can get a 30 pack for $10.99 which is a pretty good deal. They have a good variety of sizes/colors 3"-7". They have a good fall rate very close to a Senko. 4 Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 Either a stik-o, or a trick worm. Quote
PotatoLake Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Jackall Flick Shake has been a big producer for me. It’s my “break glass in case of no fish” type of deal. Great undulating movement in the water. 1 Quote
Finessegenics Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 A 5” senko. Xzone true center stick is a very close second. Doesn’t get much better than that. Quote
Happybeerbuzz Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Senko or a Stik-O have been my stick bait of choice when I wacky rig or fish them weightless on a t-rig. Quote
Benchmark Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Grandebass Airtail rattler best I’ve used. Quote
Super User BrianMDTX Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 5” Senko about 95% of the time. Yum Dingers after that. But I do want to try the Xzone True Center Sticks. They look and sound good. Quote
MGF Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Is this about length? I guess most of the stick baits I've used are 5" but I have used some 4" and even smaller "finesse" worms. As far as specific baits I use several. I've used the yum dinger more than any and I've caught a bunch of fish on them. I've used some senko's but I chose the dinger based on cost and results. I've also used trick worms. Recently I watched some videos comparing stick type baits and I made a lits of the one's I like. I stopped by a tackle shop and they didn't have any of them. LOL. I did pick up a package of Zoom Zlinky and the action is GREAT. I don't know if they're any more durable than the senko but they're less expensive. I really want to try the others on my list. Quote
Super User Munkin Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 Unweighted senko, weighted Jackal flick shake. Allen 1 Quote

Super User Hammer 4 Posted December 19, 2020 Super User Posted December 19, 2020 Always has been, and will continue to be a Senko. 2 Quote
SK1 Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 5 inch Chompers and Ocho's are my two preferred. Quote
Scott804 Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 4 inch bubblegum senko for pond fishing. I've had good luck with the Ocho too, but for some reason it has always been a Pickerel magnet for me. Maybe it is just a coincidence. Quote
TcRoc Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 Yum Dinger, Strike King Shim E Stick, Yamasenko. Actually caught a lot with the Strike Kings Quote

NittyGrittyBoy Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 5" GY senko, junebug, rigged with Heat shrink and a #2 Neko hook. Quote
FishinBuck07 Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 I like the Pocket Rocket from Reaction Innovations for wacky rigging 1 Quote
