Help. What is that one day “anywhere in California “ bass tournament?

Any public body of water.  Shore fishing to boats.  All open. 
 

I don’t know what it’s called, but it does sound interesting.

I looked at the KBF tournaments...but they have restrictions that I don't meet. Main one being you have to use one of the specified bump-boards...that cost $50 or more. My $19 bump-board works just fine, thank you.
