Sorry, I listed my pork trillers in the Flea Market awhile back and sold nearly everything I had, kept a few to fish with.

If you are willing to make your own there is a procedure somewhere on this site or PM email and I will send you a copy.

No worries. I did look into making my own but I have enough projects to keep me busy, lol. Just hoping you knew a guy. ?

If I lived in an area with really clear water, I'd probably experiment more.

Wouldn't matter.  I fish super clear (10ft.+) water and do very well with B&B. It's always my first choice because very few anglers up here use that combo.

Seibert got another order thanks to y’all...

When y’all are matching up the trailer on the jig, y’all matching the peanut butter or the jelly?

There's a number of trailers out there that come in PB&J

NetBaits Paca Craw

Missile Baits D-Bomb

Zoom Super Chunk Jr

Probably more...just gotta search around.

I do not want to hijack this thread The offer applies to anyone who is looking for pork rind jig trailers and willing to make the them. Nothing a viable today replicates a good floating pork trailer.

You all have several purple/brown jig soft plastic trailers available. Pork rind is history unless you make it.

No idea why I didn’t think of that. I was going to slap either green pumpkin or junebug grub/craw on it, never thought about the trailer being PBJ too lol.

Still the same color #: 190HT (hand tied) Peanut Butter & Jelly

Lonnie was the first to make multi-colored skirts, teamed up with Don Link to invent silicone & metal flake skirts.

So thats the original PBJ? Other then the red, it hasn't changed much at all in 50 years, which is a testament to the popularity of it.  I use PBJ kind of like GP, it works in most conditions, so its a safe color to throw.

I had my best smallmouth day on one of our local rivers using a PB&J rage rigged Rage Craw.  It's a good color.  It's also probably my primary color to use on a Ned Rig with a half of a ZinkerZ.

Bought my first Z man jig last night and it happens to be pb &j but I think they called it pumpkin jelly. Besides the goofy looking crosseyez on the jig I am surprised these are not more popular? A search online showed hardly any forum mentioning them. Vmc 5/0 hook, copper tied skirts, good trailer holder and a bass pro designed. Where’s the love for Zman jigs?

@Rusty_Shackleford The color number 190HT designed Peanut Butter and Jelly. The original skirt wasn't silicon like in the picture that didn't come out until 1983. The original was still the same colors

I usually end putting whatever color trailer has been getting bites recently. Often it's a green pumpkin.

Exactly ?

PB&J isn't as consistent as black-n-blue.

@Catt  do you do well with black and blue in different water clarities or all of them? Seems like it works better for me in dingy water.

June bug is black with blue sparkle and seems to produce well anywhere, but I havent used it much in dirty water...

@N Florida Mike Black-n-Blue is my #1 jig color year round but I like a blue fire tip. That's a black skirt with blue flecks & the tip is blue with silver glitter. I use a Rage Craw or Lobster in Sapphire Blue.

Next two colors are Black Neon or Black-Brown-Amber.

Junebug blue tail worm or craw produces quite well for me.

Even if that picture was taken in 1990, Im still surprised at how little its changed considering all of the different variations by different companies.

@Rusty_Shackleford Stanley Lures haven't changed much over the years. If it ain't broken don't try to fix it.

Im not surprised Stanleys color hasnt changed much, its the dozens brands who have put out a PBJ in the last 10 or 12 years that never had it and its really close to what your saying was around in 83.  A bunch of colors have really changed since the early or mid 90s.  The original GP is a good example its used to be a much lighter green.

It worked for me when I was in Missouri but not here in Maryland. I think it has to do with the color of the crayfish. Crayfish there were brown with a purple hue to them just like you see in the jig color.
