Eagle Cuda 300 help

I have just started using this a couple of weeks ago, was a christmas present and just never installed it on the boat. Anyway worked great the first few times out, but now it has water depth is 158 ft and the rest of the screen is blank. Read the manual and done a factory reset did not change anything. Call bps were my wife got it and they are no help because it was purchased over 30 days ago, told to call the manufacture. Have tried this multiple times and not able to speak to a actual person. My question is can anybody help????? :-[ :-[

this may seem like the obivious answer, but the same thing happened to me and I was stumped also.  Check the transducer that you installed on your boat to make sure its pointing in the correct position.  It's possible you hit a stump or something and it moved.

Checked the trans. and the in line fuse and the wires all still look new. Spent twenty minutes going thru all the settings nothing seemed funny, even reset to the factory settings. Once I done that had to turn off the display mode but it just switches over to 158 ft and clear screen. I know this is not a high dollar item but really like the water temp and depth settings and was able to see bottom structure.
