I’m picking up my new Sportsman 214 soon (backordered trailer/ulterra 112)

I have $7,000 to play with till April so should I add first:

2 power pole blades 8’

TH Marine jackplate (Black)10’

or

Garmin 106xsv gt56 transducer

Garmin 126sv same transducer

Panoptix

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Depends...

What's your current sonar setup?

What depth do you fish at most of the time?

How big of water do you fish?

What's the composition of the lakes you fish? For example, Panoptix is cool but in most of my lakes all I would see is weeds, and I already know those are there, LOL. But I would have loved to have Panoptix on Kentucky Lake which is pretty much devoid of vegetation.

Thanks for the reply:

I fish mostly shallow but upwards of 30ft. I’m in NC so I predominately fish Jordan,Harris and Falls but went to the beach this year for Drum/Trout which ruined me. Currently have

Garmin ECHOMAP® Plus 64cv MFD 6"
Garmin GT23 Transducer

Thanks

I say skip the poles (for now) get a Force TM and that still leaves around $4k for graphs.

I added a Ulterra 112 already it’s just on back order.

With the Ulterra you may not need the poles.  I got rid of mine after I got the Ulterra.

If you fish mostly under 8' then I would definately get the polls.  Spot lock is great. I use it all the time, but if fishing shallow water the polls are the way to go. In shallow water spot lock can  spook fish.

I was leaning towards the electronics for now and jackplate.
