Fish Eater Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 looking for the best accurate scales for weighing the catch.I like to find some that if i catch a 1lb 9oz bluegill/bass it will say it not just 1 or 2 lb(incorrect readings).seems set i have is very so much inaccurate.will say 3-4lbs 1 time 2-2 1/2lbs next lol. Low_Budget_Hooker Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Buy a Salter scale, have it certified. Quote
Super User Jig Man Posted July 29, 2007 Super User Posted July 29, 2007 I use the Boga grip. It can be certified. Quote
Guest avid Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 I also use the boga grip. Incredibly accurate, and doubles as a way to land a fish without ever touching it. This comes in real handy when a bass has a sammy horizontal in his maw. Quote
Fish Eater Posted July 29, 2007 Author Posted July 29, 2007 I use the Boga grip. It can be certified. any links/pics of these hand held scales? sounds like what I need for smaller fish and still keep accurance. Quote

Olebiker Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 I use the Boga grip. It can be certified. Anyone have any experience with Berkeley or Rapala's version of the Boga Grip? They are considerably cheaper. Quote
