Guys going to fish whole week of Nov 9 for fishing at kern river and lake Isabel , Daytime trout and night time bass, anyone care to join?

Yeah, i'd like to join you, but i can't - you are too far away. Never caught a trout.

Lake Isabella has big crappies. If you have a hard time with the bass, hit the crappies. Also, watch the wind. It gets windy at LI. Go on facebook, get on the 661 or Kern county fishing pages, they are very informative. Call Cope's tackle for more info. They are the best tackle shop in Bakersfield.

actually my crappie and trout lures are in one bag,, I would try that for sure, Thanks for the info. I am sending your comment to my phone Via txt to follow up.

I email my old In-Fisherman Isabella article to you written in 1986!

Since Izy has gone through a drought and condemned Dan that resulted in lower the lake level for decades. Izy is a good jig lake.
