Cloudy skies=probable low pressure system, I'm all over that. Now if you had them high, sunny skies, that's a tough bite waiting to happen.

Today its supposed to rain a ton. I see it didnt show that on the pic. But cold rain today so I thought it may cool the water off and make them locked. I'm still going whether I catch or not, just preparing myself that a skunk may happen. Normally I love clouds but after the first cold rain of the fall I wasn't sure.

My local waters have cooled considerably from cold over night temps...I'm talking a few nights in the upper 20s. I went yesterday...it was cloudy windy and around 50 when I was out. I caught 3 and missed 1 on a lip less...biggest was almost 4lbs. I'd really like your weather starting now for the next 5 months. Yes its worth it..go man!

I would fish Monday. My forecast today was worse and I managed to catch a 2 pound Smallmouth.

Cloudy and the temp is not going to change much.  If I were off from work I would be fishing for sure.

Well, ya know, my wife is pretty sexy. Sometimes it's better to stay home. But fishing is good too. Sexy wife or fishing. Sort of a tossup. ?

I'd planned on fishing this morning in the cold and wind in a kayak tournament, but work had other plans ?
