Super User Columbia Craw Posted October 9, 2020 Super User Posted October 9, 2020 Well, it was a numbers game during my annual trip east. We had to wade through the rats to get a better fish. But it was fun with both largemouth and smallmouth. My biggest was just under five pounds and I caught more than enough three pound fish to keep it interesting. What was the most rewarding was my goal the catch fish on a series of techniques and baits. We caught fish from 6 feet to 31 feet. My biggest fish all came on deep cranking from 13 to 20 feet but the Dark Sleeper made me a believer. Lots of drop shot fish and Ned Rig fish. We had to cancel our last day do to wind. Can't wait until next year. 4 Quote

Super User Spankey Posted October 14, 2020 Super User Posted October 14, 2020 I guess you hear it all the time but I’ve caught quite a few river smallies with your avatar over the years. Quote

I do not. If you ever run out and can't find it, let me know. I might have an extra or twelve. Quote

Super User Columbia Craw Posted October 16, 2020 Author Super User Posted October 16, 2020 Normans DD22 6th Sense Cloud 9 Series 15 and Series 20 SK 6XD, I tried the R2S Tactical Bassin model. But it didn't run close to the maximum depth range listed and I never got bit on it. 1 Quote
