Super User N Florida Mike Posted October 9, 2020 Super User Posted October 9, 2020 I just hate the way it ends and they all drown- I know they all really died that way so they couldn’t change it but it is a very haunting movie, maybe because I’ve spent a lot of time on the water too. I sometimes just randomly think about it for no reason. I love the quality and acting , story , etc. Very well made movie. Quote

Two other movies that come to mind that are like this for me: 1) Star Wars - hoping somehow Obi Wan force dashes to the milenium falcon instead of sacrificing himself 2) Enter the Dragon - hoping that Williams (Jim Kelly) beats and kicks Han’s cheating a$$ with an iron hand. “Man, you come right out of a comic book!” Love that line The Perfect Storm was a good movie with a deflating ending.
