Does anyone here have a source where bulk containers of this stuff, quarts or gallons can be purchased?   I know it works for me, but ten bucks or so for 4 ounces is just getting a little steep.    One night, a month or so ago, I was web surfing and found a place that had gallons of the stuff for sale, but I didn't mark it or write it down and now I can't find it again.   Someone please help.

Wow lot of math for an old guy........if you wait for a sale (15%) at TW its $68. a gallon. To buy that same amount in 4oz bottles it would cost you $136. exactly twice as much. I think its the way to go for less memory and much better casting distance, it also lubes the line roller and bail as well. :) What I like about it is it's not greasy kid's stuff like a lot of them are, it dries hard and slick.

More than that

Gallon=128oz

Divide by 4=32

32 * $10 = $320 buying it in 4oz bottles

4oz bottles = $2.50/oz

16oz bottles = $1.25/oz (how I get it)

Gallon jugs = $0.625/oz

So buying by the gallon, you pay 1/4 the price of buying it by the 4oz bottles.

What I would do is buy some small ones to carry with you, and a gallon to keep at home for when that runs out. The 16oz bottle I have lasted me a couple of seasons, so that's not bad!

I don't have quite as many rigs as others - 10, of which 2 are braid. I got the 16oz bottle, barely been through 1/3 of it in two seasons.

What I did was get one of those 2oz travel spray bottles from Target and filled that from the 16oz...carry that in my main bag in case I need a quick spritz when on the water.

I have 7 reels and the kids have another 4 each and I still have a lot of that 16oz bottle left too. It lasts a while.
