Seems they may have done this a time or two in the recent past.  Glad they eventually  got bagged.  The whole 'plan' is just weak.

Winning at all costs is just a natural instinct for some and when cheating to win becomes the only solution there are some who have to go to those lengths to get the satisfaction they desire. Not only the winning aspect of it, but when money is involved, the need or desire to win is amplified by the reward.

Sorry,  my view is that their tourney wins were just theft, plain and simple.  Never mind the motivation.

I've had a busy week, enough paperwork already for me, I don't need any more.

 

All that for $2,500? Going to split it 2 ways too I assume? So not even a house payment in that area?

I know a couple of guys that I expected cheated in several tournaments . I mean I know them personally and I would not put it past them .Neither one was a bass fisherman , had limited knowledge and skills but were winning tourneys .

It’s stealing. No different than guys who break into houses, steal cars or rob a gas station. Not about the fish, about the $$$$$
