I am going to try a floating worm for the first time.  What hook do y’all use?  I have a good many truturn hooks, would they be fine or should I get a certain one?  Thanks for you time and any help.  ><> del

6 inch white and 6 inch pink.  I think they are Zoom

Worms that float, when tossed into the bathroom basin are abundant.

Worms that float with a hook installed, are like hen's teeth.

I used Tru-Turn hooks during their infancy (cam-action), but was not impressed with their hook-up ratio.

In any case, size 3/0 should be fine with 6" Zoom worms. Do you have a particular presentation in mind?

No sir.  Just chunk it and jerk it. Let it sit, ****** it again

Most hand pours like Roboworm, Uptom's Customs, Double Z, and Iovino worms.

Zoom Trick worms don't float. We used a worm called Super Float the air foamed soft plastic and Mister Twister made Super Float worms. Super Floats floated like a bobber!

Catt like Double Z.
