Can someone recommend a good weedless treble hook to replace the standard hooks on my topwater and diving crankbaits? I am looking for something to minimize interference when fishing heavy weed cover, both surface and subsurface.

There are better options to fish weeds than anything with a treble hook.  The weedless treble hooks marketed are more to help with timber than actual weeds/grass - even then they are a waste.

You might try jigs with weed guards as a starter . Many frogs are weedless , as are Texas rigged baits . Good luck

Depends on the type of weeds, density and if you are shorebound, on a boat or a kayak.
