Ok, I want to jump on the Siebert train but have a few questions........

Which of the jigs is closest to a pitching jig?

What's the difference between the Mata and the standard?

What's the G2 style?

Which would you consider the most versatile?

I pretty much use a pitching jig as my "do it all" jig and a swim jig for, well, swimming a jig.lol

The Siebert swim jig I get but for my do it all????

Pitching is more of a technique then a jig even though many are named Pitchin jigs.

I normally pitch my Brush jig style or Sniper depending on what I'm doing or size of jig needed.  Pitching a jig is the main way I fish a jig.

The Mata series in simple terms is taking one of my jigs and then adding a strip of Living rubber to give the jig more bulk, slower fall, and a completely different action.

The G2 is my version of a football jig.

The most versatile would be the Arky, or Brush.

I just bought a few of the 3/8 tungsten pitching jigs and have been killing with them. They are a great smaller profile but not finesse jig small. Caught a 3lb this past weekend on it, which is pretty solid on the lake I was fishing. I have some brush jigs as well but haven’t used them much yet. It’s been hard for me to take the tungsten pitching jig off.

I just placed my first order, as a little birthday present to myself.

I looked all over but didn’t find any decals for sale anymore. @Siebert Outdoors are you no longer selling your decals?

Me too.  Three different colored swim jigs, two different colored Extreme Arky, three of each.
