Tackle Warehouse Delays or Good?

I ordered last week and it's supposed to be here tomorrow even with the holiday with free ground shipping. A day or two slower, but I'm not complaining.

My order was invoiced on 9/5 but has still not shipped. Apparently they are still having staffing issues. An Orvis order made the same day arrived yesterday morning

I ordered my order 9-4th and they were closed the 5th-6th-7th it shipped on the 8th and is due to be delivered on the 15th, I am about as far away from them as you can be and I don't think that's bad at all. Everything seems normal.

I Usually do the 2nd day shipment. The start of  COVID I’ve had 3 orders take 4 days and the rest 2-3 been good for me and I’m on the east coast

I ordered Monday evening and paid for the overnight.  Think it was 17 bucks but with the free t shirt, 5 dollar hat and sale I was more than pleased. Had my package Wednesday afternoon.  Says right on their sight what the shipping delays are and considering the circumstances its more than fair and they are telling you if you pay attention how long it'll be

I ordered the Friday before labor day, was supposed to ship out today ground but it hasn't, of course it's going to be heading through all those wildfires to get to its destination and I trust those guys to watch my box until it can be safely sent and reasonably expected to arrive in one piece on a predictable schedule.

I ordered on Tuesday of this week...paid for 2 day shipping...tracking said would arrive on Friday (day three). 

 

Got home from work and the package was sitting on the porch!  : ) 

 

First time I have ever ordered from TW.  I will be ordering from them again!  Local Cabela's and Bass Pro are horribly low on stock.

I am not ordering till Black Friday, but besides Covid wouldn't the wildfires potentially be impacting shipping too depending on where the package is going?

I ordered a few things with the Labor Day sale. Took the free shipping. I’m not real hard pressed for anything, delivery has been slowed some. I’ve never had one bad experience with TW. We are about as far as you can get across the country from each other. Always got my stuff.

Ordered on 9/5. Shipped on 9/8 after labor day. It said 9/15 was when it should get to me on the East Coast. This was the Free Shipping option, I am in no rush. It flew out of LA on Wednesday. So seems like its making normal progress.

The free ground shipping obviously varies depending on where you are in proximity to them.  I'm in Minnesota so I expect the ground shipment take at least 4-5 days.  What I don't quite understand is when you place an order, you get a confirmation email stating that the package will not be shipped for several days even though all of the items are in stock.  It has taken them a week for them to pick the products and ship it.  That tells me they are still having staff issues.

I haven't ordered much of anything this summer because the only thing I had to resupply was soft plastics and jigs (lost a couple). I was able to stock up on soft plastics from Bass Pro Shops and jigs have been rather hard to find this year. Jigs have been another story. I had a few extras on hand and was able to find enough to get me by the year, but most of my first choices are sold out.

 

I'm kind of glad my tackle needs this year were rather minimal.

I recently placed an order in the AM over $50 and got free 2 day shipping that showed up 2 days later.  2 items were backordered and are expected to ship same way 9/25.

 

seems they are my bait monkey go to this summer.
