Mbirdsley Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 I’ll be honest I haven't really looked all that hard. Is there any molds that will drop a 1 1/2 oz flipping jig? Seems like most don’t go that big. I’m sure if there is I would be dropping a pretty penny on it. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted July 22, 2020 Global Moderator Posted July 22, 2020 I think a 1oz brush jig is about the heaviest I've seen without getting something custom made. 1 Quote
Hook2Jaw Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 BOSS makes their Invader jighead in 1½. You might be able to talk to them and see if you can't outright buy a mold or at least find their supplier. 1 Quote

I’ve got a 1 oz poison tail which, actually works pretty good for light pads. Just not enough for thick stuff Quote
Super User Munkin Posted July 22, 2020 Super User Posted July 22, 2020 Best bet for that would be a Shawn Collins mold on Ebay but his run about $125 each. Allen 1 Quote

That’s a lot of jigs To have to make though. The molds look nice. I’d have to sell some to justify that one. I’m really trying to avoid that. I was bored looking around seeing what it would take to melt tungsten For jigs. Apparently, tungsten melt point is ( going off top of my head) 6200f or there abouts. Any how dam hot. Way hotter that I have capital or means to produce. Quote
