fluna Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 I throw a lot of top water poppers and buzzbaits (90%) of my fishing with a few Rapala floaters sometimes. Can get either reel same price, which one would be better choice? Quote
Hower08 Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 After my last few experiences with daiwa rods and reels. It has just reinforced the reasons I always stick with shimano 1 Quote
onenutinthewater Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 Both great reels but my chronarch mgl went geary way to fast............. Never had a tat go geary even after 50+ salmon/steelhead Quote
OnthePotomac Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 I only have the Chronarch 150 MGL XG and after three years of heavy use on the tidal Potomac can report that it continues to be a flawless, very smooth reel. It has only had flouro carbon on it. Lovin' that reel. 1 Quote
