I throw a lot of top water poppers and buzzbaits (90%) of my fishing with a few Rapala floaters sometimes.

Can get either reel same price, which one would be better choice?

After my last few experiences with daiwa rods and reels. It has just reinforced the reasons I always stick with shimano

I only have the Chronarch 150 MGL XG and after three years of heavy use on the tidal Potomac can report that it continues to be a flawless, very smooth reel.   It has only had flouro carbon on it.  Lovin' that reel.
