Mr Twister is a staple here thanks to the walleye guys so all their plastics are rather easy to find in our tackle shops. I still rarely hear of anyone using the phenom for bass though. I’m sure it’ll slay the smallies on the river. Mr twister 10 inch worms in black grape are a great bait around here esp. while fished right before dark! Quote
Super User WRB Posted July 20, 2020 Super User Posted July 20, 2020 Mister Twister made a Super Float Phenom worm ( foamed soft plastic) that was my go to worm for a few years before they discontinued it. Tom Quote

Super User smalljaw67 Posted July 20, 2020 Super User Posted July 20, 2020 The Phenom worm is really good, it makes me wonder why they aren't more popular. Quote
Super User Spankey Posted July 20, 2020 Super User Posted July 20, 2020 On the river over the years Mr. Twister Worms and Grubs have treated me well. They can’t seem to keep the variations of worms of yesteryear. Not sure why because they are not setting the world on fire with anything new as of lately. The Exude line was pretty good. Not sure why they fell off the earth. A great worm use to be a Mr. Twister Pro Bandit. Was a ribbon tail with a laminated look to it. Was very productive. With any kind of luck they will hang in there and keep what you guys are using. If you need a pack of something order 2 or 3 packs. Never know what’s in store with companies today. Quote

I will look and see what I have, I know a few black and purple. If interested I will send them to you for the cost of postage. Tom Quote
Super User Catt Posted July 21, 2020 Super User Posted July 21, 2020 We have a local angler on Toledo Bend Glen Freeman, he has won 40% of all FLW events hold on that lake. His weapon of choice, Mr Twister Phenom Worm! 1 Quote
Super User Mobasser Posted July 21, 2020 Super User Posted July 21, 2020 I threw some Phenom worms last season, some old ones I found in my stuff. Motoroil was an especially good color. These were some of the first worms I had luck on t rigging many years ago. They've gotton hard to find around here, so, I requested a catalog. They still make a lot of good bass baits in many styles. I already got some of they're big worms, but, I won't mention the name here.? Now, with this thread, I plan on ordering some 6" Phenom worms also. Great baits. Quote
Super User DitchPanda Posted July 22, 2020 Author Super User Posted July 22, 2020 I'm really liking them and will be ordering more soon. The motor oil ones are great. Quote
