Just wondering if anyone could give me an idea on what it should cost to have these seats reupholsterd? I had two qoutes of about 500-600 for driver and passenger sides. It seemed a little high but maybe thats average.

Don't know what the "going rate" is. Called just lately and (you're not gonna believe this) the guy said there was no way he could give me a price that I would think was reasonable :(...

that  does seam a little steep to me......your wife don't sew?if you take them seats out and carefully take the seat apart you'll have all the cut pattern and all the material and stitching patterns also, that the hard part but once that's done you put it on just like you took it off.....;but then again i use to do furniture upholstery myself  several yrs back so its harder then it sounds i guess.........its a dying trade so the rates are there

Did that include doing the diamond pattern because I would have thought it would have been a little higher if they were going to duplicate what you have.

I do my own because it had gotten so expensive to have it done. I've restored a number of cars and boats over the years so I bought me a used, commercial, walking foot, machine years ago. It has paid for itself many, many times over. $100 worth of material and some stainless staples is all that's needed.

You may want to check here. They have seconds that may fit your boat. They do many of seats for the origional manufacturers. I purchased new seats from them for my 98 Champion and have been very pleased.
