Bob Uhrig and Mega Strike

I just had a phone conversation with Bob Uhrig. There was some confusion with my first order a couple weeks ago and my order was duplicated. Rather than go through the process of returning it, Bobby offered to give me the order at half price, which I accepted gratefully. I ordered some Shakey Heads yesterday and Bobby emailed me this morning to call him. So I called him and the problem was the color I wanted wasn't available and he wanted to sub a different color. We talked about where I fish and he suggested a different color and threw in some mega grubs and another bait (which I don't know what it is) to make up for the color change. I must say, Bobby is a very stand up guy and a joy to talk too. He had me laughing the whole time we talked. I am a Mega Stike customer for life. And many thanks to Bobby for being a fun and great guy to talk to. Thanks Mega Strike and Bobby!

I met Mr. Uhrig at a sports show about 5 years ago, introduced myself as a Bass Resource member and was asking him about his crawfish scented Megastrike. He gave me a BOGO free deal and we ended up talking for 30 minutes about fishing. He even name dropped Roland Martin and showed me a picture of a giant bass he caught a couple months before while taping an episode of Roland's show. Great guy!

I smear MegaStrike on all plastics and hard baits, especially frogs and toads.

Megastrike Garlic formula is smeared all over everything...maybe it doesnt attract fish, but I know it  covers up any odors I transfer over and it covers up the smell of pickerel slime on my gloves.

That is a good point of atleast hiding other odors

I have talked with Bobby at several classics. He is an outstanding person that makes you feel like you've known each other for years.

I met him at at a fishing trade show and it was like meeting a rock start. i even geeked out and asked for him to sign my buzzbait package like a teenage girl asking justin beiber for an autograph. Funny how he wrote my screen name on here onto  my package when i told him my name was Tony.
