What are you going to go for with that thing? Great Whites?

I am sure some people will buy them and put it in a lure collection they have.

People will fish them no doubt. Lots of talk on the swimbait pages of guys getting rods built to fish them.

If you've got a grand to drop on 22 ounces of wood, hook hangers, and a hinge I imagine you've got money to drop on shoulder surgery.

I'll stick with an S-Waver 168.

I don't fish big swimbaits like that here in Ohio . Around 8 inches is biggest swimbait I fish. But I could deffinately see bass attacking that thing. Now dropping a grand on one lure??? Even I think that is crazy talk

That's more than I spent setting up all ten of my rigs combined. And we're not talking 'bottom of the barrel' junk either. Two Fuego CTs, a Supreme and a pair of Fury rods are in that mix.

But imagine the Muskie you could catch!

I've already seen some fish caught on it. Funny enough, not many  bigger than the bait itself ?

Got two, thanks.  ?

You may want to call your bank in advance to let them know you will have a huge amount going towards tackle.  Also, at 22oz, you may need a new setup.  Lol

Where is the link to the remote?

Anywhoo, this got me thinking. So a quick "Google" search turned up this, https://patents.google.com/patent/US7310905B2/en

This lure could probably catch muskies but there are better options that cost much less. People will still buy it to put in their lure collection and others will buy it to fish with it.

For that price they could at least throw in a lure retriever!

For that price? A SCUBA tank and regulator seems more appropriate.

I’ve never really gotten the appeal of Roman made stuff when there are so many good glides on the market. I was doing a little research on the bait and I stumbled across this. This has to be one of the funniest descriptions for a bait I’ve ever seen.

I’ll tell you EXACTLY what would happen to me with this bait.

I would cast it out once, a humongous pickerel would come lunging out of nowhere on the first cast and break me off, I would drop to my knees as the world spins around me in slow motion.

$1000 bait? There’s just no other way it would go for me...

My BIL has a Nego I've thrown some, the action is very underwhelming, which is a good thing I guess because it saved me wanting to spend the money on one.
