Happy Friday

Salud! I like Coronas in the summer, and almost without fail I'll order "a Corona  no lime", and 90% of the time it shows up with a lime, a lot of times the waitress will put it down on the table and say "oh, you said no lime didn't you?"...

Hilarious to see this pic and right under it is your signature.  You need to change that to "everything in moderation...except...."

I only had three. Jeez!

I thought about what you said about Coronas in the summer and agreed that it doesn’t seem like a winter drink. So I got a case of these to try out and I’ve got to say, this is one of my favorite beers now. I believe this should be @MN Fisher approved too. Shown next to the workshop

If Murphy's isn't available - then ya, that'll work.

Why don’t you make a lure that’ll catch a fish instead? At least you got the beer part right

I only drink Guinness when I make chili or pot roast. Recipe's call for a bottle of Guinness. That means there's 5 left over.

A local restaurant used to serve  $2 pints of beer on Tuesday. Guinness was included! Highway robbery

I've given up on beer. Doesn't matter what beer it is, I feel bloated after 2 or 3. I'll stick with bourbon.

I’ve been trying to like bourbon, been on the trail in Kentucky 3 times in recent years. I’d take bloat over what I did the first time…….

We got back to the air b n b and decided to try all the bottles we had purchased. The next day was not good, there are details and video I shall withhold. I woke up feeling fine but as the day wore on I considered just laying in the snow and hoping buzzards picked me apart. Worst hangover ever. My wife captured my agony on film while dying laughing

Control is key my friend. 3 glasses not 5. I had a night a few months back where I had the music cranked up and I had half a bottle in short order. Slept like a baby sitting up on the couch. The next morning my legs were so cramped I could barely get up and my head felt like it was in a vice all day long. Not my best look...realized I'm not 19 anymore.

Local gas station like 4 blocks away has the rye on hand for $42 a bottle. Not bad for a town of 2200 people in Po-dunk Iowa.

My sweet spot is more like one fourth of a glass and it takes me 2 hours to drink it

How could you even drink enough for a hellacious hangover at that pace?

Hangovers are over-rated...last one I had was 1983...swore off them after that.

Dude I can’t handle them haha. I’m much better off drinking your favorite drink or its cousin miller high life. It’s easy to stay hydrated when your beer is watered down

My buddies wife is shocked at how much of a lightweight I am with the bourbon . She always says “I thought you went to UT with me, you should have acquired the skill”

One of many reasons I don’t do liquor.

There may be once a year I feel like poopoo. Never intentional of course.

Yeah bud - I (sacrilegiously) put away more Beam and Cokes in college than I’m proud of…that’s not true, I was pretty proud of it at the time. You should’ve developed that skill set .

Really like Elijah Craig also. My  favorite is Knob Creek, but I consider it out of my budget. Woodford Reserve also good
