Going "cheap"...

Buy a six pack of good beer and only drink three.

Or a good stout ale...one will do you at a time.

Ah yes, the great 2-for-1 brew...  You get both a beer and a laxative in one single can!!

I’ve never heard that one but you can bet I’m going to use that saying ?.           Maybe this one is more to your guy’s liking’s ?8E045E30-980E-4B7E-AC6D-78B9B67602B0.thumb.jpeg.47cc3b2599ec11ef9d8cfa0e3993f1dc.jpeg

Man, I live up here and Hamm's is the last brew I'd ever choose....right after Grain Belt.

The lake that was used for the actual "Land of Sky Blue Waters" commercials for Hamm's is Turtle Lake just north of Grand Rapids, MN... a place I fish for giant smallmouth regularly.

You’ve still failed to respond if you have or currently do drink it? From your earlier comment I’m assuming not the night before a fishing trip ??. I blame @TnRiver46 and @DitchPanda for taking me down this path ??. PS I loved the commercials.

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen Grain Belt but I’m going to assume it’s similar to Steel Reserve ?. Malt liquor at its finest?

Do I need to even say what I drank tonight?

Does it rhyme with smarbage?

I'm drinking Paloma's. A customer brought me a bottle of Elijah Craig for Christmas. I'm keeping tat for Christmas.

I'm not a fan of Hamm's but actually do like Brain Melt. Tonight its Woodford Reserve Bourbon with my Father-in-law.

We’re not able to purchase Yuengling here in Illinois. I can and have purchased it in Indiana. When my daughter was younger we would go into Indiana for her swim meets.

I'm a big fan of their 1910 and 1920.

First time drinking it. My son gave it to me for Christmas. Said it's his favorite <$40.00 bourbon.

I picked up my favorite “cheap” beer on Wednesday and enjoyed a few after finishing a small project. Killed the rest after work Thursday & Friday ? I support this..and don't let the naysayers get you down. Some of us are just regular dudes who don't look down their noses at people from our ivory tower.

Lovelywife Melody got me this for Christmas last year. I don't drink much...there is still about 1/4 bottle left.....but when I do drink, I like a good sour mash bourbon. This stuff is great. Oak barrel aged at least 4 years, 101 proof, limited edition Kentucky bourbon. I mix it only with a bit of water and one ice cube, and sip it. Very smooth with a nice kick. I get flavors Oak, tobacco, a hint of fruit, and a bit of vanilla on the finish. I have no idea what she paid for it.

Santa dropped this into my stocking Christmas morning and it quickly became one of my favorite sippers. My wife doesn't know the difference between the cheapest brandy and high quality bourbon, so I was beyond impressed with her pick.
