I use 5/16” ID O-rings on a 5” Senko. 5/16” is 7.9 mm. The 5/16” is not a tight fit, so I’d go with the 7mm size.

Should you wander down to the hardware store, you'll find that 0-rings come in many different sizes.  I have no clue what size is correct for a trick worm.  I know the correct size for the senko is a 3/8 od/ 1/4 " id.  Od stands for outside dimension and id stands for inside dimension.   That is probably the correct size for dingers as well, but I don't know cause I never tried dingers wacky style.

I believe a 1/4” ID is what is “called for” as far as Senkos, but I’ve been using 5/16” ID with zero issues, no lost baits, no lost fish and they roll on easy (no tool required) and it’s a breeze to slip the hook between the O ring and the Senko.

Look for a #5 at the hardware store.

Solution:  Take worms with you for test fits.

Not available in stores near me, would need to be ordered online so not an option.

Any hardware store or Home Depot/Lowe’s carry’s o rings. You can also purchase heat shrink rubber tubes, cut them to width & heat them with an open flame. These allow you to hook around them like an o ring or put the hook under them & through the band with the hook point. This method makes them very durable.
