Maggiesmaster Posted May 29, 2020 Posted May 29, 2020 I’ve had really good success with the Netbait Paca Craw baits, but the legs break off with almost every bass I catch. I’ve patched some with a lighter, but I’m running out of legs! Does anyone know of a really tough crawfish/creature bait? Am I doing something wrong with my hook set, etc? Quote
MountainMan83 Posted May 29, 2020 Posted May 29, 2020 Zoom Z-Hogs have always been durable. I also fish with the Netbait craws and haven't really noticed a durability issue. Maybe you're just catching too many fish ? Quote
Super User Bird Posted May 29, 2020 Super User Posted May 29, 2020 The bait still catches with a leg missing, the Yamamoto creature does. Quote
Super User Log Catcher Posted May 29, 2020 Super User Posted May 29, 2020 The Zoom Super Hog is the toughest of the ones I have tried. Quote
Super User DitchPanda Posted May 29, 2020 Super User Posted May 29, 2020 Was gonna say anything z man would work. A bait that I like that has been durable for me is a missile baits d bomb. I can usually catch 5 to 7 fish on a Texas rig then cut the tip off thread it on a jig and catch that many as a trailer. That's pretty durable. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted May 30, 2020 Super User Posted May 30, 2020 BioSpawn Vile Craw has worked well for me but nothing made out of softplastic lasts forever. Quote
